Relationships are how deals get done in this business, and that's where I start — direct conversations with owners, buyers, and sellers across the tri-county multifamily market. What I add is a systematic public-records screen across the full tri-county stock, and my own analytical read on what surfaces, so those conversations start from more than a recent comp.

I track ownership tenure, out-of-state and lapsed-LLC ownership, assessed-vs-market value trends, and zoning/permit history across every multifamily parcel in Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties — all from public records. What surfaces gets a closer, manual look — and often a call — before it becomes a conversation with a client.

Background

I'm a licensed Oregon real estate broker (License #201260343), affiliated with More Realty. My background is in quantitative research and geospatial analysis — the kind of data work most brokerages don't have in-house — and I use it to inform the conversations I have with owners and investors, not to replace them.

I focus exclusively on 5+ unit multifamily, representing both buyers and sellers. I don't spread across residential, retail, or single-family listings, and I don't run a generic property search — my work is the relationships and the analysis specific to this asset class in this market.
